There are a couple of things i need to clarify

1. What happens when the new act hits? Do i have to play placement matches and how does my current rank affect the one i get after placements (assuming there are placement matches, which i heard there are, but not sure)

2. I've heard you shouldnt play games at the end of the act because of the trolls/throwers, is that true? Because i enjoy ranked more than other gamemodes, and wont even open the game if thats the case

3. Rank charms - are they given after each act ends or at the end of an episode only?
