There are a couple of things i need to clarify
-
What happens when the new act hits? Do i have to play placement matches and how does my current rank affect the one i get after placements (assuming there are placement matches, which i heard there are, but not sure)

I've heard you shouldnt play games at the end of the act because of the trolls/throwers, is that true? Because i enjoy ranked more than other gamemodes, and wont even open the game if thats the case
-
Rank charms - are they given after each act ends or at the end of an episode only?

what do you guys do after a 1vs5 clutch?
I just had my first 1vs5 clutch today, which had me shaking for almost the rest of the game. Which made me lose focus and performed worse.
What would you guys recommend me for calming down? I tried counting to 10 and breathing exercises....
