When I have party voice chat on the game mutes itself and I can’t hear my party voice chat either. My output and input are correct along with my pcs. Is there a way for me to fix this?

I played when game released and quit for 1.5 years. After coming back I still see Oni as recommendation to Phantom players and Prime/Reaver as recommendation to Vandal players. Can't really argue with them. So what exactly is happening? Rio...
