We are both pretty new to playing valorant, so I don't know if this is a common issue if there is a solution.

Whenever we search for a game, they get stuck on the loading screen and the pick agent timer runs out before they even load into the game. Or sometimes they load in and can't even pick an agent because they haven't loaded in.

I hope someone knows how to sort this
