So I have a friend that has completed her Iron Dorito two weeks into the act but has never been promoted despite a good KDA and multiple consecutive wins. Is there an issue with the ranking system? I can't really explain why she is hard stuck

Streamer POV always so smooth
How is it that at 60fps,streams often look better than my monitors gameplay(240hz)
Even without video processing tools,is there a way to get close to that effect?
