my game is stuck in a loading screen for a deathmatch

as the title says im stuck in a loading screen for a deathmatch that i qued for around 20 minutes ago and the deathmatch should have ended by now so i guess im loading into nothing. ive tried restarting game, and pc idk what to do

edit: after almost 2 hours the issue was fixed i have no idea what caused this though

fps incosistency

My FPS in game varies from day to day... sometimes I get decently high FPS, around 60-80, but on other days I get unplayable framerates with frequent drops below 30 even though I am playing on the lowest resolution which I don't usually use...
