My HS% is the same as the HS%'s of players in Diamond 3 to Immortal 1, but I'm in S1. Help.

According to Blitz.gg I have a pretty decent HS%, the same as those who are in Diamond and Immortal. But as the title suggests I'm silver 1. Does anyone have any advice? I really want to elevate my gameplay, and any helpful things would be appreciated. Thank you in advance :)

Every agent has to play without abilities but Jett can still float around? For consistency, Phoenix healing should probably also be restricted but... poor Pheonix...

What determines a performance bonus?

Some games I get bottom frag and get 3 performance bonus, some other games I top frag and don't get any bonus. How do you get performance bonus? no shot it's random.
