She made several phone calls to Brimstone, Viper and Sage demanding to be put into the Protocol so here she is.

ABILITIES:

Karen’s bullet damage scales by the amount of damage she takes. For every 1 HP she loses her bullet damage amplifier is increased by 0.1%, therefore her max damage amplifier is 9.9%. To counteract this (or indirectly buff this) Karen takes 1.2x damage from all sources.
PURSE TRAP - C
INSTANTLY drop a destructible purse onto the ground, after a short while the purse will become translucent for your team but invisible to the enemy team. The purse is placed down open. If an enemy walks on top/over the purse the purse snaps close, grappling itself onto the enemy. The closing of the purse does minimal damage. If the enemy does not pull off the purse within 3.5 seconds they will dusted with white makeup powder and leave both a large area covered with the powder and have their footsteps be revealed for the next 3 seconds after activating the trap.

PHONE FLASH - Q
EQUIP phone to head like a go-pro. In the event that Karen dies while having equipped her phone, she flashes everyone in her line of sight for a brief second, and then leaves her phone where she died. An alive ally can pick up her phone and the phone will ping the location of the last enemy Karen encountered. The phone will only ping the enemy once upon picking up the phone, and only the ally who picked up the phone will be pinged. She does not leave her phone on the ground if she dies from a headshot.

SIGNATURE ABILITY - INCOHERENT SCREECH - E
INSTANTLY send a shockwave in the shape of a cone in the direction you are facing. This will cause any enemies within the range to be deafened and nearsighted for a few seconds. Karen will be unable to say anything like marking the map for a small amount of time and the player’s mic will be rendered useless for the same time frame, meaning teammates cannot hear them.

Karen becomes the very thing she swore to destroy, or at least yell at.
EQUIP a walkie talkie. FIRE to send an airdrop directly where Karen is standing. Upon hitting the ground the airdrop will explode and reveal a desk with a computer. Karen can interact with the desk. While at the desk Karen is completely vulnerable. Karen can also boot up a computer on the desk. The computer will display a menu revealing 500 KAREN CREDITS in the top left hand corner. These credits can be used to do the following: buy an ability for an ally, buy ultimate charges for an ally, buy a buff for her and her allies that circle her, or buy an adverse effect that will be placed onto the enemies within a moderate range.
If Karen chooses to buy an ability for an ally she will be greeted to another menu that will display all alive allies and their abilities. The ability costs for allies in KAREN CREDITS is the same in normal credits. The ability will be instantly given to the ally you bought it for. If the ability is cheap enough you can buy more than one ability, and more than one of the same ability. Karen cannot buy charges for abilities that already have max charges.
If Karen chooses to buy an ultimate charge for an ally, in which they are 250 KAREN CREDITS each, she will summon an ultimate orb near the chosen ally after a few seconds.
If Karen chooses to buy a buff for herself and her allies the buff will be placed relatively close to herself, as she will be the center of the area of effect. The prices start at 500 for trace and be 30 KAREN CREDITS cheaper per level.
Useful Effect Durations:
Speed is available to all allies within the area of effect for 11 seconds.
Gun Unload Speed is available to all allies within the area of effect for 9 seconds.
Damage Amplifier is available to all allies within the area of effect for 7 seconds.
Trace is available to all allies within the area of effect for 5 seconds.
If Karen chooses to buy an adverse effect for enemies she can choose one of the following, these will be casted after a short wind up and be given to enemies inside a range similar but considerably to a site, the prices start at 500 for suppression and be 30 KAREN CREDITS cheaper per level.
Adverse Effect Durations:
Flash or Nearsight enemies for 3 seconds.
Slow or Deafen enemies for 2.5 seconds.
Inflict Decay, or Inflict Paranoia on enemies for 2 seconds.
Concuss or Inflict Vulnerability to enemies for 1.5 seconds.
Suppress enemies for 1 second.
