I just had my first 1vs5 clutch today, which had me shaking for almost the rest of the game. Which made me lose focus and performed worse. What would you guys recommend me for calming down? I tried counting to 10 and breathing exercises....

i always get mad at my team when we start losing and then i start getting rude in comms so im kinda scared ima get perma banned so any solutions? (im silver elo btw and got banned once for comms)
