This is my one secret tip that I suggest everyone practice to improve their game sense:
On defense, look at the mini-map and be able to see what area of the map is not being covered by a teammate.
The faster you are able to discern what area is not being watched on the mini-map, and what could possibly be a pathway for a lurking Attacker, the faster your game sense will improve.
I used to think that this was common knowledge, but after playing hundreds of games, I began to realize that many players don’t do this, even in high elo.
