Been grinding 4 hours everyday for a few months and can’t seem to get out of silver. Just feel like giving up and going back to Overwatch:(

is walking while neon sprint is active faster than walking while holding knife?
i havent found any answer on the internet about this, and i couldn't tell which one is faster when i try it out myself. anyone got a clue?
