Need some help countering a playstyle

When my team is on defense and face a constantly lurking and rotating team never fully commiting and always splitting we lose bad. How are we supposed to play it? Stay way back on site or play aggressive. I’m silver 1 btw

Pheonix ult instantly ends if he touches a molly

I just started playing phoenix recently. Is his ult supposed to be instantly destroyed if he touches a molly from anyone but himself? It doesn't matter if I haven't taken any damage at all... ult just instantly ends. It is kind of annoying...

I just got my first ace in comp

I'm a pretty garbage player with 29 RR in Iron 1 and i have aces in spike rush and unrated but i decided to play comp. I got an ace and almost got a heart attack in the process. I'm so happy :)))
