Valorant needs to separate soloq from stacks. Communication is probably the most important aspect of the game, and it makes it extremely frustrating to play with a 3/4stack that doesn't communicate because they are all in a discord call.

Insulting and making my teammates feel horrible made me go from Iron 1 to Radiant in 1 month! (joke)
That's right gamers!
I cracked the code, it turns out that the more you treat your teammates like non living creatures your kda and game sense miraculous improves tenfold.
I went from dying 40 times in an entire rank match to only dying...
