It always astounds me when players (often reyna's sadly) get toxic to their own team. Someone does something wrong or misses a shot and instead of being like NT (nice try) or no worries you'll get them next time, they shit on them.
In what world is that going to help someone play better? Yes sometimes it tilts people and they perform better but that's equally as likely as them just giving up completely because 'they suck'.
No one cares if you're top frag or w/e if you're a toxic mess.

New dodge penalties
For science, I sacrificed some RR. My experience with the new penalties is:
4x 0 RR, 3min cooldown
3x -3RR, 3 min cooldown
3x -6RR, 5min cooldown
3x -10 RR, 10 min cooldown
3x -15 RR, 15min cooldown
after that always
\-20RR, 30 min c...

question about duo queue restrictions
so basically my friend is gold 1 and im plat 1, im eventually gonna rank up cause i have more rr than him, so if i rank up to plat 2 or plat 3 cause of a possible double rank up can he still play with me? or would he have to get to gold 2/3...
