Neon bug with slide+ADS ?

I don't know if many others have experienced this issue but ever since the initial patch for this episode where they "Fixed" the ADS between client and server side. I have FREQUENTLY had the issue of aiming down site directly after using my slide ability on Neon and it has frequently ended up in me being killed. This issue didn't occur pre-patch and I am wondering if others have had this issue.

(Yes I am aware I could change the bind from right click to slide but that's annoying to retrain the muscle memory for that to avoid what I would consider a bug)
