Is it me or is this game unplayable for casuals in it's current state? I am not even bad at the game but even spike rush and unrated feel like a sweat fest of people that aim train for 12 hours a day and stuff.

Ever since the update on the 7th (5.05) every time I get on valorant my pings are just all over the place, sometimes its normal and then later in my session I'm lagging like crazy and my server pings are all red. Other times Virginia server...
