I think you need to finish at least one unrated game with an agent before you can play them in competitive. I am getting a Skye who instalocks and tried to heal themselves on my team while he simultaneously tries to eat glue vs the Skye on the other team who spent 3 minutes in open range to figure out how the abilities works dominating us. It's ridiculous and completely deciding the outcome of the game. There needs to be some kind of buffer or wall preventing people from hopping in to a game with no prior experience with a new patch agent. At least for like the first week of the patch till people have played against the new agent. So they have an idea of how the agent works. Until then competitive is about to be a joke with all these people ruining game not knowing how to play Skye. It's not even hard. But you do need some understanding of how her abilities work.
