I have noticed a huge difference in performance since the last patch, previously the game would stutter when a bunch of util was used or even in 1v1 gunfights. People would jump around in front of my crosshair almost like they were teleport...

Story - queue for comp - win a round, enemy DC second round, enemies remake - queue again - EXACT same thing happens - queue one more time - score 0-3, 2 teammates leave. Surrender. - lose 30 RR How is this system fair?
