Is it just me or does any new player think it’s terrifying to play the standard mode? Because I literally suck and all I do is dying in front of my teammates and it feels terrible even if they say nothing. The point is I seriously want to get better at this game so how can I fix this..

What's the difference between someone who has 1k hours and is radiant vs 1k hours and is plat 2?
I know most people say the only way to get better is simply to play the game, but I met someone who is radiant and he never played kovaaks/aimlab, he never played csgo, he literally went from LoL to Valorant and got immortal in act 2, barel...
