This is just my personal beef, I understand there are probably Smurf players in this board but I feel like riot should work rankings the same way they do ban. Attach rank to hardware ID instead of by account. I'm tired of playing lock out matches in comp because people need the validation that they can beat a team of randos in an elo 9 ranks lower. It makes the game no fun honestly

Edit: I am by no means claiming to be better than I am, but I do feel that everyone should have a fair shot to climb through the ranks and not get stuck in iron because of blatant gatekeepers
