Hey all. I have the ruin dagger but never really used it and a friend told me it was pretty rare. Is that true?

I used to have a ping of 40ms on Mumbai server before Valorant's recent update(2.09 patch). But now the ping has spiked to a consistent 262ms, but the Singapore ping is still the same as before. Moreover, on other games like CS, my ping on...
