I'm new to Valorant, does anyone have some tips and tricks? Like good guns, agents, etc. I've tried jett and she is pretty simple so I've taken a liking to her. any help is appreciated

Just hit ascendant after not playing for a few acts and there are significantly more leavers and trolls for whatever backwards reason
