New to Valorant, any tips and tricks?

I'm new to Valorant, does anyone have some tips and tricks? Like good guns, agents, etc. I've tried jett and she is pretty simple so I've taken a liking to her. any help is appreciated

Vandal skin

Hello, i want to know which of these vandal skins is worth getting. I have 3 options, but I can't decide on one. They're the Araxys Vandal, Prelude To Chaos Vandal and the Chronovoid Vandal. Please help me pick the right one.
