Confirmed by Riot to be a sentinel in the next act! Here is my concept of what his kit and play style could look like.
“A rogue sharpshooter from French aristocracy, Deadeye wields modified high-tech firearms that help guard territory. Also specialized in augmenting his team’s shields and providing swift movement, Deadeye is a supportive playmaker and a fight-changing threat”
C- Flux Field Ability Type: Basic Cost: 200 creds Charges: 1 EQUIP dual pistol launchers. FIRE to launch a node that attaches to the ground. When the two nodes are deployed, they become armed. USE (F) an armed node to activate a flux wave traveling to the other node. Caught players are damaged and knocked up.
Q- Repulsor Ability Type: Basic Cost: 150 creds Charges: 2 EQUIP a destructible magnet platform that propels players traveling through. HOLD FIRE to set propel distance and RELEASE to deploy the platform. ALTERNATE FIRE to rotate the targeted direction of the platform. Platforms destruct after 4 players are propelled.
E- Ion Amp Ability Type: Signature Cost: 250 Charges: 2 Cooldown: 35s EQUIP a nano-drone cannon. FIRE to send out a timed destructible nano-drone that remains in place. The nano-drone attaches to the first player in its proximity, instantly applying nano-shields that absorb up to 11 base damage and regenerate damaged shields.
X- Line It Up Ability Type: Ultimate Cost: 7 points Duration: 8s EQUIP a highly accurate rail gun with 4 pylon ammo. FIRE to shoot a pylon bullet. Shots deal instant heavy damage if they mark an enemy. Marked locations will link together and emit constant energy that slows and deals damage over time.
As a flex player between duelists and sentinels/controllers, it would be really interesting to see a hybrid of offense/defense utility with this new agent.
