I played this game at launch with some friends who ere way better then me. I was a high bronze/low silver player. Soon I found myself without my friends as they were high gold and up players. I came back recently to have my rank put at bronze 1. I still have the same issues I had when I left. To much rank is put into whether you win or lose and not into your solo play. I've personally top fragged 6 of my last 7 games. Lost 6 of them. Out of those 6 losses we had someone leave in 5 of them 4 rounds in and we had myself and no more then 1 person on mic. The win we had all 5 on mic and were doing great call outs. I've lost close to a 100 points because of this and demoted to iron.
No matter how much better I get at the game I can't 5v1 or 4v1 every round. Especially when we lose a player. No mics is literally a killer when playing comp.
So I guess I'm just frustrated that it all comes down what the other 4 players do whether I go up to bronze, silver and further. Any tips?
