I see a lot of people use blood effects so i searched up how to turn on blood effects and apparently its in the settings but nothing shows up for me just the normal settings no show blood option is it because i play in australia?

Regarding Harbor and his role as a controller
Isnt Harbor really bad for defending side? You can't really resmoke chokepoints and it really isnt viable without a 2nd controller. People could fake sites to bait his smoke and then run to another site and harbor needs to wait atleast 40...
