Right now it looks like there’s no U.S. central for premier only East or west. I have friends in east west and central so if we wanted to play premier at least 2 people are going to be on 100+ ping. Why is there not central servers for premier when there are for normal game modes?

I don't understand the lack of complaints about input lag in this game
As someone who likes to mess around in CS:GO in deathmatch and just having fun occasionally in ranked, I don't understand the lack of complaints about input lag in this game. I'm not using it as an excuse or trying to blame me missing shots...
