Not having demos is a competitive integrity problem for tournaments/leagues

I can't even imagine how difficult it would be right now to host a tournament and deal with any cheating claims. A team was just disqualified from a major tournament based off a few clips from stream but how are they supposed to actually verify if he was or not cheating at all without being able to look at the demo?

At the moment i can't see there being any succesfull non-cheater infested lower tier/leagues or tournaments until demos are released, seems nearly impossible. You can't ask people to constantly record their pov because that would compromise some peoples framerates which is a big no-no in competitive fps games(and for several other reasons like the unreliability of screen recording, getting disquald cause your software glitched would be fairly ridiculous).

Of course this isn't the only reason to add demos(I could go on for a long time about how amazing and useful they are as a training/learning tool) but I believe it's the most urgent. This is supposed to be a competitive fps game with a bright future in esports but right now it can't even be effectively played in any kind of competitive tournament or league except for the few tippy top tournaments that can afford to have admins watching every map(and even then it's not really effective and there's likely to be much controversy as shown yesterday).

Also even just for mm games it's super painful to never be able to figure out for sure if that crazy 40/7 reyna was just really really good or cheating.
