hello, i had put up a request for getting refund of my money for valorant points ( didnt use them ) and created a ticket..i purchased the valo points on 2nd April around 9 pm and i put up a ticket next day itself that i want a refund for them because of some emergency and as i had no need for them as of now..i had put up the ticket even before completion of one day of purchasing valo points. and it falls within the refundable category as well, however, its been more than 2 days and i have not got a single response from their side.. please help or could u tell me if they take so much delay in responding ?
