i was playing with some friends and my friend was killjoy and he ulted so i jumped out of the window and defused the bomb right in front other those suckers faces!

Can amount of hertz decide?

Hi quick question. Why the freak is my enemy ALWAYS able to dodge my shots , literally just crouch or move to the side in less than miliseconds before i hit them? But when i try to do that to no get shot so easly they just have bullets fast...
