I found this note on fracture. Im not sure what it says. I think it was added in with the new update since I haven’t seen it before. I found it around attacker side spawn near the boxes you spawn in front of. Can any of you read what it says?

Party not eligible, have to win 10 more unranked matches Glitch!!
Here is the SS. We just played an ranked match and after that we get this message . Can't Queue for ranked matched anymore. Says we need to win 10 more unranked matches! Like what just happened?
