I can do other stuff with my left mouse button but not shoot. In other games i can shoot with left mouse button. Do you guys know how to fix IT?

i dont get the point of playing if im just gonna lose 50% of my skill/reaction time/ability to focus whenever I take a break from this game for a week... I can't play this game every day, it becomes a chore and i have other important shit...
