[OC] Oni Ghost Concept Arty

This was inspired by 9DucksInATrenchCoat's Prime Ghost concept. In the post they also mentioned that they would like to see an Oni ghost in the game. Similar to them I love the ghost but also love the Oni set, so here we are!
