I wanted to play a game with a friend of mine and we were able to find an unrated match after agent select we both got disconnected, we both tried to rejoin the match my friend had no problems of rejoining but every time when I relaunch the game I don't rejoin and I cant enter a different match. What Is happening?

Riot Twitter banner competition is wild (@Khoi Maxim on twitter)
Riot recently started an amateur art competition in which the "masterpiece" that wins will become the banner for the official Riot twitter(was also done last year). I went ahead and picked some of the "best" Valorant ones.
