I wanted to play a game with a friend of mine and we were able to find an unrated match after agent select we both got disconnected, we both tried to rejoin the match my friend had no problems of rejoining but every time when I relaunch the game I don't rejoin and I cant enter a different match. What Is happening?

I feel like overetimes should make you lose less ELO than what it currently does
If your able to go into overtime with a similar matched team then i think the ELO loss for them games should be a lower impact that what they currently are

How do I make my aim more consistent?
I am Gold 3, and my aim varies very drastically. Like some days, I can easily be getting MVP every match, and some days where my aim is just beyond dreadful and I will let my team down. It doesn't even need to be depending on the day, some...
