I am wondering how people overcome their fear or just press rank constantly. I think I might be overthinking too much but I really want to play the game consistently but there is so much I am scared of (toxic/throwing teammate, bad performa...

Anybody have a fix for it? It is infuriating. The lowest I will get is 70 ping, yet I can ping google in command prompt or on CSGO I get 30 ping (40 at most). Thanks for any help.
