From Patch Notes 3.04 " Fixed an issue where Omen’s Dark Cover could travel in unintended ways
- This Dark Cover bug caused the ability to settle slightly off from where it was aimed. You may notice a slight change in how the smoke behaves while travelling and settling, but it will now land exactly where the targeting preview shows. "
Though i have not tried yet. But it will atleast get better.

Can I climb with "bad" characters?
I'm relatively new to Valorant (bronze 3) and I like to play Neon, but my friend tells me that she's completely useless and I won't be able to climb with her. In other Riot games like league there is a meta but you can still play characters...
