Since the 4.04 patch early March, Omen's teleport ability has been shadow-nerfed. Two patches have come out since (4.05 and 4.07) and his teleport ability remains being lesser of what is used to be.
If you are unaware, omen's teleport no longer works through gaps such as windows or bars. These screenshots here all show places omen used to be able to teleport through, but now none of them are functional.
I wanted to being attention to these issues and maybe see what y'all have to say.
