Has anyone else noticed that omen teleports seem to not go where aiming as much anymore? I don't know if I'm just messing up but I feel like more of my teleports have been going right in front of me when there isn't any barriers.

There should be a setting to remove the outer circle on the mini-map
You used to be able to do this by turning your UI Quality to Low, but Riot has since made the outer circle permanent.
I think it'd be nice to have a separate setting where we could turn it off.
Thoughts?

why do people wait till the last few seconds to pick a character?
Almost every game i play people either dont pick or they pick in the last few seconds and make the whole lobby wait
