For me, it is either the skye flash and the chamber op. the skye flash is very versatile and fun to use overall while the chamber op is just a free op with the pull out and fire rate of a marshall.

I think Riot should add some rewards for level up, like 1 radianite point for every level (makes sense since the community is VERY against the radianite system). Such simple system will probably receive lots of approval from the community...
