ONI II
With versions II of skin collections coming out I would like to start a petition. I want an ONI II collection. It needs an ONI Operator and the knife should be the first butterfly knife in the game or a Kunai. UPDOOT THIS SO RIOT SEES.

How do I improve? Am I stuck because of my team? Or do I need to play more?
I've just started playing comp last act, but I'm kind of stuck on s3/g1. I usually top frag or at least contributing to the team, is my team the reason I'm stuck or do I just need to play more?
