What would it take for riot games to add a knife only round in the random gun rotation? Would this be a fun idea?

I just won a ranked game and it didn't show up in my match history + no RR awarded?
I won an overtime match and just when i was about to be taken to the screen with the ratings, it only loaded for quite while before giving a message saying something like "we need more time to gather data/details, comeback another time" som...
