We should be allowed to avoid players. There are players that we just do not want to be queued with. It makes the experience very unpleasant and makes the game unenjoyable. If permanent avoiding can't work, then we should be allowed to avoid players at least for a few days and prevent them from being on the same team as us.

I think the grind between silver to gold is honestly just lack of consistent teammates and strategies.
