Packet losses make my game feel better. (Not kidding)

I think no one will take this seriously but I will try anyway. Also English is not my native language so don't be harsh please :)

It sounds like I am out of my mind. And you're not quite wrong, I'm at the point of starting to question my own sanity.

So basically, I'm having a problem where I am like half a second or a second behind a server in every fps game. You can google it, there are a lot of threads showcasing this problem. Trust me, my gameplay feels horrible sometimes. Enemies with insane reaction speed, Ferrari peeks all around, heavy mouse, game feels laggy in general. I basically gave up on this problem, because I have never found any solution that works. Ever. Some day it would feel less bad, some day it feels worse than ever, so I just had to deal with it. Kind of. I am bottomfragging one day, in the middle the other day, but never on the top. Gaming became unpleasant.

I could notice this even worse in cs:go, when I played against my silver friend, while I am fucking supreme. He is very slow. To say the least. But. He was outfragging me really easily, and in replays I was seeing that I'm standing still for almost half a second in every gun fight. It was driving me crazy.

I got new ssd yesterday, so I wanted to try out valorant again. Everything was good at first. I thought "Wow, it became really good." But I have noticed one very strange thing. My packet losses were going crazy as my mind. It was up to 10% constantly, but every shot was hitting. I even went 16-1 in pearl having 5052 packet losses in total. That was... Weird?... It doesn't quite fit in my head honestly. Went to the second game, same thing, i'm almost owning everyone. In the middle of a match my network thought like "fuck it, I'm gonna work well for sometime" So I had 0 packet losses for some time. I died 5 times and didn't hit anyone :D. Packet losses came back - owning again. The nail in the coffin was when I kind of fixed my network and went for another game. Got 0 packet losses through entire game. I got literally destroyed. Was 0-9 at some point. Feeling like shit too. Still got 9-15 by some rat plays. But even killing from behind seemed to be the hardest thing in the world.

Now. Winning gun fights is impossible, everyone reacts with insane reaction times. This problem still persists and I don't know what to do. I thought about increasing packet losses on purpose but that just sounds stupid and wrong. Did anyone have problem like this? What could be the reason causing this?

P. S. Finished last game 7-15. Only one kill was earned in proper gun fight:)))

TL;DR: High amount of packet losses give more pleasant experience than playing with zero packet losses. Better mouse feeling, better hit reg, smoother gameplay, enemies with normal reaction time.
