Paid Valorant coaching - your experience?

For those of you that have paid for Valorant coaching from another player or professional - what was your experience? Did you do it just as a one-off or was it worth it to continue?

I'm curious to hear from players that have done it how much it leveled up their game.

Wheres a good place to find a group to game with?

Right now bronze 3 (got into silver and becuase of some bad fortune went back down) and was wondering whats the best way for finding groups in my rank to trio queue with in comp?
