I'm currently Silver 1 and yesterday for 2 straight games of solo queuing, I had 1 game on Fracture where 2 people literally said they don't like the map and disconnected before the 1st round buy timer went off. It was a 3 vs 5 from the start and we ended up forfeiting.
Second game, we had some Iron Smurf Reyna threatening the team he's going to disconnect every round until he finally did in the 5th round. 2 straight losses because of complete sabotage. Has anyone else been experiencing something similar this time around?

Why are so many people going cypher?
Riot hasn’t touched cypher for the past year or more, and yet just a few weeks ago I’ve been seeing a cypher nearly every game now.
