So, I've been slowly climbing from iron 3. I reached plat 1 three times but I always derank to gold again. I struggled in silver but gold is officially the rank I've stayed the longest at (8 months).
I'm absolute trash and have a ton of things to improve but I don't even know where to start. I follow pro play very closely and I watch coaching content. I learn a lot watching that stuff but it's almost like I forget everything I know when I'm playing.
My mental and my motivation are starting to be affected aswell. I already took multiple breaks (1+ week) and it doesn't help. I'm really losing my motivation.
So I wanted to ask the people who were hardstuck in gold and eventually got out, what was the things that made the difference for you? Also any other advice is appreciated
Thank you so much in advance.
