Petition for riot to let change voice language but keep text

Riot should let players choose the text and voice language individually, so players could have for example english text but korean voices.

Tell me your top 3 Phantom skins

Which skins on Phantom do you think are the best for you? As for me, I would probably say: RGX, SPECTRUM, Reaver 2.0. I don't know which one is the best tho, but these 3 are probably my favorite.
