Phoenix buff

Does anyone else feel like phoenix need some sort of buff? I feel like apart from his ult all of his abilities just aren’t it by a small proportion. Thought? Also, suggestions for buffs?

I know this might stupid but please help

The client fps used to be in green color till yesterday and i used to get 150-250 fps , but today it turned blue colour and the client fps is in 80-150s

Unless i missed the memo Valorant doesn't have servers in Africa. Doesn't make sense to say you represent Europe, Middle East and Africa if you ignore an entire continent of players
