My bro phoenix is too lack luster, he needs a buff , a longer wall maybe (both length and time) , longer flashes or maybe flashes pop faster, longer molly/more healing and damage

What would be the best way to counter the language barrier problem?
I recently got into a pretty rough couple of matches in which comms were strained by the lack of mutual understanding (on a language level, of course).
While this may not be a problem in the Americas, that actually kind of got me thinking...
