Phoenix's ultimate is weird compared to the rest of his kit. He can manipulate fire, but also gain a second life? It's weird. My explanation for this is that the marker he leaves behind when he uses his ultimate is the real Phoenix, like he turned himself into a fire puddle on the ground, and the Phoenix we see fighting is some sort of fire ghost he's remotely controlling.

Convincing college authorities to unban valorant
Valorant is banned on my college wifi, I contacted the authorities for unbanning it and they seem to play it safe by saying that riot seems suspicious and can be a cyber threat. I need valid arguments to convince them. Help
