In ranked games, don’t say things that you wouldn’t say in a face to face pickup sport game to your teammates. I will respect you as long as you are genuinely trying to win and communicating even if you go 0-21. I play a sport for my college and play a lot of pickup in our school’s gym. Everybody is positive and I always have a great time even though I play with beginners in a sport I play competitively at a high level because there is a level of mutual respect. Don’t be toxic in ranked.
