My friend and I play from Bangalore which is pretty close to Mumbai. We have different ISPs (Jio and ACT). We've always had similar ping on Mumbai and Singapore with Singapore sometimes having better ping, so introduction of Mumbai server hasn't brought better ping for us. Ping on Act has been very fluctuating withing a game however.

But in the past couple of days the ping charts have been completely changed. Now there isn't a server on which both of us can have a good game.
